Institute organized a one day Seminar on the topic entitled “Recent Advances in Pharmaceutical Sciences” in collaboration with Indian Pharmacy Graduate's Association (IPGA) on 6th Feb. 2008.
Recently the institute has started Ph.D. programme in different branches of Pharmaceutical Sciences. M. Pharm students have to submit a dissertation on the basis of their research work carried out in one year. Faculty members of the institute have published around 30 national and 10 international papers in reputed journals till date.

Mr. Prabodh Chander Sharma presented a Research paper in the World Congress of Pharmacy & Pharmaceutical Sciences-2008, 68th Annual Congress of FIP, Basel, Switzerland (Aug. 29-Sept. 4, 2008).
Mr. Sunil Kumar presented a Research Paper in the World Conference on Medicinal and Aromatic Plants (WOCMAP-IV), Cape Town, South Africa (Nov. 9-14, 2008)
Mr. Sukhbir L. Khokra and Mr. Dhirender Kaushik presented Research papers in the World Congress of Pharmacy & Pharmaceutical Sciences-2009, 69th Annual Congress of FIP, Istanbul, Turky (Sept. 3-8, 2009).
‘First Refresher course in Pharmacy’ was organized in the Institute sponsored by UGC-Academic Staff College, KUK from 11-05-2010 to 31-05-2010.
