Dr. Naresh Kr. Vats did his LL.B. from Barkatullaha Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal and LL.M. from Kurukshetra University. He has passed UGC (NET) in Law. He has submitted his Ph.D. Thesis in Kurukshetra University. He has also obtained M.B.A. (HR) and PGDPM & LW and Interpretership Diploma in (Sinhala) foreign language. He is teaching Taxation Law, Family Law, Cyber Law and Practical Training. He has also taught as guest teacher Taxation and Business Law in MBA.He has 15 research papers published 03 International and 12 National and 04 papers accepted by renowned Law Journals Dr. Vats has attended 19 national and international seminars/ conferences/workshop and delivered extension lecturer in Refresher Course. He has supervised 37 LL.M. dissertations. He is life member of South Asian Law Forum. Dr. Vats has also worked as Associate Professor and Chairman Department of Law, BGC Trust University Bangladesh. He has also been appreciated by Vice Chancellor and Director of Environment Bangladesh and honored by Babu Jagjivan Ram Kala Sanskriti and Sahitya Academy Delhi. He has also worked as Warden at K.U.
